Welcome to Cloudbreak Journey. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cloudbreak Journey mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

Cloudbreak Journey is a private journaling and growth tool designed for self-reflection, mood tracking, and optional low-pressure partner connection. It is not intended to provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Your Content

• All journal entries, notes, letters, and other personal content you create in the App remain yours.
• Content is stored locally on your device by default and encrypted before being saved.
• If you enable partner features, encrypted messages are relayed via a cloud service but cannot be read by Cloudbreak Journey.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we protect your information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes or to promote illegal activity.
• Attempt to interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the App.
• Misuse partner features for harassment, abuse, or spam.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, logo, and software, is owned by QuantumLoop Labs LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the App only for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimers

• The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific needs.
• The App does not provide professional medical, therapeutic, or psychological advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App. Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your data at any time.

10. Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
